The wave is over
by: Khaled Nassar
The wave is over. Suddenly, Information Technology companies in Egypt are facing their greatest fears and challenges. Profit is no longer proportional to how much you invest in your company. Business administration needs are becoming more complex. Rational management no longer satisfies the critical situations imposed by our market or the world’s. Only brilliant ideas and intelligent systems have high probability of survival.
Assets, Resources, and services are becoming more intangible as a direct result to the revolutionary information age. However, if we fail to realize this fact we are doomed to vanish like swordsman fighting an intergalactic war. We must free ourselves from the “technology-user/operator” role imposed on us by current dominating elite. If we really are intelligent enough to contribute to the future we must not let ourselves sink in the institutional overhead of the industrial age and use every spark in our minds to create and innovate.
